Delivery information
Available delivery destinations, methods, charges and estimated delivery windows are displayed before you complete checkout. The estimate shown for your order is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Order processing
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. A further notification will be sent when tracking is available. Orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate parcels.
Delivery times
We aim to deliver within the estimate provided at checkout and, unless a different period is agreed with you, within 30 days. Delays can occur because of carrier disruption, severe weather, customs checks or address problems. If a material delay occurs, we will contact you where possible.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering and contact us immediately if it is wrong. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has started. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where lawful.
International orders
Where international delivery is offered, import taxes, duties or handling charges may apply. Any such charges and who is responsible for them will be shown at checkout where available or imposed by the destination authorities.
Missing or damaged parcels
If tracking shows an unexpected delay, delivery without receipt, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will investigate with the fulfilment partner or carrier. Your statutory rights are not affected.
