SHIPPING POLICY

AVERUNE currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom.

DELIVERY CHARGES

• Orders below £50: £4.99 Standard UK Delivery

• Orders of £50 or more: Free UK Delivery

The free-delivery threshold is calculated after any discounts have been applied.

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

AVERUNE garments are made to order. Production normally takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.

Standard UK delivery then normally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on product availability, the fulfilment location, your delivery address and the carrier.

The typical total delivery time is therefore approximately 5–12 business days. These timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Unless we agree a different timeframe with you, your order will be delivered within 30 days as required by applicable UK consumer law.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, you will receive the tracking details after your order has been dispatched.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Orders may occasionally arrive in more than one parcel when products are fulfilled separately. You will not be charged additional delivery fees after checkout if your order is split into multiple parcels.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately through our Contact page. Once production or dispatch has started, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

DELAYS OR MISSING PARCELS

Carrier delays can occasionally happen. If your tracking has not updated for several business days or your estimated delivery window has passed, contact us through the Contact page with your

order number and we will investigate.
