Terms of service

TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply when you use the AVERUNE website or place an order with us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract and that the information you provide is accurate.

PRODUCTS

We take reasonable care to display our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device and screen settings.

Our garments are produced to order. Minor variations in embroidery placement or appearance may occur within normal manufacturing tolerances.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling. Applicable taxes will be included or displayed where required.

Delivery charges are shown during checkout before you complete payment. Payment must be authorised before your order can be accepted.

ORDERS

An order confirmation means that we have received your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if:

• A product is unavailable

• Payment cannot be authorised

• An obvious pricing error has occurred

• We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity

If payment has already been taken for an order we cancel, it will be refunded to the original payment method.

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

AVERUNE products are made and fulfilled by our production partners. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND FAULTY GOODS

Your rights to cancel an order, return products and obtain a replacement or refund are explained in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The AVERUNE name, logo, branding, designs, photographs and website content are owned by or licensed to AVERUNE.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our prior permission.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not misuse our website, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access or use the website for unlawful purposes.

LIABILITY

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud and your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to these protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses suffered by a consumer.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms occasionally. The terms in effect when you place your order will apply to that order.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the part of the United Kingdom where you live. You may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
