Refund policy
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We hope you are pleased with your AVERUNE order. This policy applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom and does not affect your statutory rights.
CHANGING YOUR MIND
You may cancel your online order by notifying us within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.
Returned garments should be unworn other than for trying on, unwashed and returned with their original labels where possible. Please include your order number. We may reduce a refund if handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted in a shop has reduced the item’s value.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact AVERUNE through the Contact page before returning an item. We will provide the correct return instructions. Please do not send returns directly to our manufacturing partner unless instructed to do so.
Customers are responsible for return postage when cancelling because they have changed their mind. We recommend using a tracked delivery service. We will cover reasonable return costs when an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Where required by law, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge. Additional amounts paid for an upgraded delivery service are not refundable.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect, contact us promptly through our Contact page. Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
We will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
EXCHANGES
Because our garments are produced to order, we cannot guarantee direct exchanges. Where appropriate, return the original item under this policy and place a new order for your preferred size.
Personalised products made to an individual customer’s specification may only be returned if faulty, damaged or not as described, except w
here the law provides otherwise.
